LANSING, Mich (WLNS/WAVY) – Incredible dash-cam video shows the moment a Michigan home exploded.

The video, captured by the Lansing Fire Department, is from two weeks ago at a home on the 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

It all started when an SUV hit a red car sending that car flying into the home, and severing a gas line. That started a fire.

Firefighters moved quickly to evacuate five nearby homes.

Luckily no one was hurt. It was a close-call though, because two firefighters left the home moments before it exploded.

Police are still trying to find the driver of the red car.
