Police searching for suspect accused of using credit cards stolen from vehicle

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Chesapeake police are searching for a man accused of using stolen credit cards to make a purchase over a $1,000.

Police say a vehicle was broken into in the 1100 block of Birchwater Arch on Aug. 1. Three credit cards were taken from inside.

Shortly after, the individual pictured above was seen using the stolen credit cards in the Greenbrier area. Nearly $1,300 worth of merchandise was purchased with the stolen cards.
