Ex-city manager’s husband indicted for false police report

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The husband of former Suffolk City Manager Selena Cuffee-Glenn has been indicted by a Suffolk Grand Jury for filing a false police report.

On May 7, Keith Glenn claimed someone hit his white Chevy that was parked in front of his house. They he claimed the driver took off. He filed a report with police about the alleged hit-and-run.

However, 10 On Your Side’s investigation showed the markings on the white car may have been made by a pickup truck that was also parked in front of Glenn’s home. WAVY.com discovered that the markings on the white car are consistent with the pickup truck backing into the white car.

10 On Your Side was told Suffolk police did similar dent measurements and came to the same conclusion.

Police became suspicious after they spoke with neighbors. WAVY.com was told an eyewitness heard the crash, then claims he saw Keith Glenn getting out of the pickup truck going back to look at the damage to his white Chevy.

Another neighbor told us Glenn told her the day after the crash that the damage was made by a hit-and-run driver who then took off.

This happened the week before his wife left Suffolk for a similar job in Richmond.

No future court date has been set.
