$13,500 ring stolen at Greenbrier Mall

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Chesapeake police are asking for help finding the man who stole a $13,500 ring from a store inside Greenbrier Mall Thursday night.

Around 8:15 p.m., officers were called to a larceny at Segal and Company Jewelry Store, which is inside the mall at 1401 Greenbrier Parkway.

Detective Dorienne Boykin said a white man with multiple arm and neck tattoos walked into the store. He asked an employee to see a women’s 14 karate gold ring with three diamonds. He then left with it.

The suspect was described as wearing a baseball hat with a New York logo, a button-down shirt, and unknown colored pants.
