NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police have arrested a man and a minor as suspects in the investigation of three armed robberies last week.

Tijuan A. Feimster, 18, of Portsmouth, and a 17-year-old boy were each charged with two counts robbery, two counts conspiracy and two counts use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Detectives believe Feimster, the teen and a third still-unidentified suspect were traveling in a dark SUV around 3 a.m. May 7. In a span of about 15 minutes, 911 dispatchers received reports from individuals in three different locations who were robbed at gunpoint by men exiting the SUV.

The same suspects may be connected to an armed robbery an hour earlier at the 7-Eleven in the Thalia Village Shoppes in Virginia Beach.

Feimster is being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond. Detectives are actively investigating the identity of the third suspect — if you know who he is, please call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP℠.
