CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Chesapeake fire marshals arrested a woman Tuesday, who is accused of emailing three bomb threats to a local department store.

Barbara Lee Allen, 37, of Norfolk, was charged with three felony counts of threatening to bomb a building, according to Captain Scott Saunders, Assistant Fire Marshal with the Chesapeake Fire Department.

Saunders said Allen sent the first email in October to the Kohl’s location at 1547 Sams Circle. He said she sent two more earlier this month.

Allen was convicted of threatening to bomb the same store in October 2013.
