Man wanted in armed robbery of MetroPCS in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police are searching for a man they say is responsible for an armed robbery of a cell phone store in Norfolk.

Norfolk police say, shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday, a man walked into the MetroPCS store located at 3016 E. Princess Anne Road and brandished a firearm.

The suspect then took various items before fleeing. No one was injured.
