B.J. Stith transferring from UVA to ODU

NORFOLK (WAVY) — B.J. Stith, a 6’5″ guard, announced that he will transfer from the University of Virginia and enroll at Old Dominion.

Stith’s father, Bryant, is an assistant coach at ODU. B.J. joins his brother Brandan, who transferred to ODU after playing a season at East Carolina.

The Bryant brothers grew up in Brunswick, and with their father as head coach, they won three Virginia state championships.

B.J. will have to sit out a season, and will be eligible to play for the 2016-17 season.
