Police: 19-year-old grazed by bullet

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Suffolk police are investigating the circumstances that caused a 19-year-old to be grazed by a bullet Saturday afternoon.

Just after 4 p.m., emergency communications got a 911 call about a shooting in the 6100 block of Bradford Drive, according to Diana Klink with the city of Suffolk. Officers found the male victim in a front yard with an injury that was not life-threatening. He declined medical treatment.
