3 arrested in connection with York catalytic converter thefts

YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – York-Poquoson deputies arrested and charged three men Monday in connection with catalytic converters stolen from a car dealership in late January.

Dustin Arrington, 30, David Arrington, 24, and Joshua New, 33, were accused of taking the converters from Casey Toyota in Williamsburg Jan. 26. The Arrington brothers were charged with five counts of conspiracy to commit grand larceny and five counts of grand larceny. Dustin Arrington and New were charged with possession of burglary tools, according to the sheriff’s office.
