Suspects accused of breaking into car, stealing purse

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) – Earlier in January, someone forced open a car’s window and stole a purse, and deputies are asking for your help in finding the suspect.

The victim’s vehicle was broken into overnight Jan. 2 in the 1400 block of Penniman Road in Williamsburg. Authorities said the car was locked, but a window was left with a crack at the top.

One of the suspects allegedly drives an early 2000s green Ford Windstar with a tan or gray bumpers, and the driver’s side front tire is missing a hubcap.
