Police: 2 masked men rob Va. Beach convenience store

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Two armed men held up a convenience store in Virginia Beach Thursday night and made off with cash, police say.

The suspects who wore masks pulled out their handguns and demanded money from a clerk at Getty Mart on 401 Green Meadows Drive around 8:30 p.m. Dec. 11, according to authorities. After taking the cash, the two ran toward the Chase Arbor apartments.

No injuries were reported.

The first suspect is a white male between 16 and 22 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and around 150 pounds. He wore a full face mask with a skull design, dark blue hoodie, blue or gray jeans, black sneakers and black gloves.

The second suspect is a black male around the same age and height weighing about 140 pounds. He wore a black hoodie, black mouth and nose covering, black pants, black sneakers with white soles and black gloves.
