VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach police say an 8-year-old child was killed Monday after a collision with a vehicle.
Officer Lonnie Cain said the crash happened in the 2000 block of Rosedale Circle around 3:30 p.m. The initial investigation indicates a 2006 Ford Econoline work van hit the young boy, who was riding a big wheel toy.
