NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A vehicle crash Friday caused a power outage at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads.

Around 3 p.m., a garbage truck hit a power pole and broke the power line overhead, according to spokeswoman Katisha Draughn-Fraguada. The outage only affected one building.
