3 hurt in Chesapeake car crash

Two car crash in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Three people were injured in a crash Saturday morning.

According to Chesapeake Police, around 11:00 a.m. two vehicles collided at the intersection of Greenbrier Parkway and Kempsville Road.

The three people injured as a result of the crash were transported to Norfolk General Hospital with what appears to be non life-threatening injuries.

The intersection was closed for about 30 minutes whiles crews worked to clear the accident but has since reopened in all directions.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
