RAW VIDEO: Chopper 10 flies over NASA rocket launch debris

WALLOPS ISLAND, Va. (WAVY) — The Antares, an unmanned commercial supply rocket, exploded seconds after liftoff with debris falling in flames over the launch site on Wallops Island.

No injuries were reported following the first catastrophic launch in NASA’s commercial spaceflight effort. Orbital Sciences Corp. Investigation team will be at Wallops Island searching for debris, assessing damage and focusing on recovery efforts.

Orbital wants people around the crash site to call the Incident response team at 757-824-1295 if they see debris in the area.
