Men accused of cashing stolen lottery tickets

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Hampton Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men accused of cashing stolen lottery tickets.

Hampton Police said the Kwik Mart, located in the 200 block of Floyd Thompson Boulevard, was robbed by two masked subjects on Oct. 23. around 9:37 p.m. Police say the men displayed guns and demanded money. The subjects fled with cash and lottery tickets from the business.

Shortly after the robbery, two men were captured on surveillance images walking into the 7-Eleven located in the 8500 block of Orcutt Avenue and cashing several of the stolen lottery tickets, said Hampton Police.
