Suffolk bistro patron accused of credit card fraud

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Suffolk police are asking the public to help them identify a credit card fraud suspect.

On Oct. 4, two people ate at The Egg Bistro in the 5800 block of Harbour View Boulevard, according to Tim Kelley with the Suffolk Police Department. One of the people used a victim’s credit card information to pay for the bill.

Both people were caught on surveillance video. The man, who is considered the suspect, was wearing a black hat and grey hooded sweatshirt. The woman is considered a person of interest, and she was wearing a pink shirt.
