Police looking for 2 suspects who robbed convenience store

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – Two armed men robbed a convenience store of money and lottery tickets Tuesday night.

The suspects walked into the Kwik-E-Mart in the 200 block of Floyd Thompson Boulevard around 10 p.m., according to police. One man with pink rubber gloves, blue jeans and a black scarf over his face pulled out a gun and demanded cash. the release stated. Officers said the two fled on foot after taking the money and lotto tickets. No one was hurt.

The man with the weapon is medium build and also wore a long-sleeve white T-shirt, according to authorities. Police said the second man is a medium build African-American wearing a white T-shirt, lavender rubber gloves, gray jeans and had a red scarf covering his face.
