(WAVY) – Multiple media reports have said that the Seattle Seahawks have agreed to trade Percy Harvin to the New York Jets for a conditional draft pick.
Harvin, who grew up in Virginia Beach and won a state title while at Landstown high school, was acquired by the Seahawks prior to last season. He scored a touchdown on a kickoff return in the Seahawks Super Bowl win over the Denver Broncos.
Harvin has been injury prone throughout his career, he’s currently nursing a thigh injury.
The trade is contingent on Harvin passing a physical, and if he does, he will have played in eight games for Seattle over two seasons.
