NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The man who was arrested after streaking at an ODU football game has been convicted in Norfolk court.

Just after noon Wednesday, Kevin Tardiff was found guilty of indecent exposure and being drunk in public.

A judge suspended Tardif’s 90-day jail sentence on the condition he stays out of trouble for two years. He’s also banned from ODU’s campus for two years and has to pay a $550 fine.

Kevin Tardiff had little to say as he left court. “I don’t want to talk to you guys. It’s not good for me.” After his sentencing he was placed in handcuffs and confirmed that he’s now facing an assault and battery charge.

We asked if it was related. He told us: “ I don’t know. I don’t want to talk to you guys.” When asked if he was trying to put all of this behind him he said “I’m trying.”
