Scrumptious pan roasted flounder

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Pete Stein, from Steinhilber’s Restaurant, prepared a Pan Roasted Flounder with sauteed collard greens, warm crab, arugula and tomato salad, and rocket pesto on The Hampton Roads Show Friday morning.

Kevin O’Connor, from O’Connor Brewery in Norfolk, also joined THRS to talk about great beverages to go with Stein’s meal. The also talked about the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction & Gala.
