VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach police are trying to identify the man suspected of credit card theft last week.

On Sept. 3 around 1:20 p.m., a woman reported to police that she had been receiving alerts from her credit card company about questionable usage, according to Tonya Borman with the Virginia Beach Police Department. Just after that, she discovered the driver-side window of her vehicle — which was in the 2000 block of Concert Drive — had been broken and her purse was missing.
