NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — If you’re a registered voter in Norfolk and don’t have any form of photo identification, Norfolk’s Office of Elections has you covered.
Upcoming events in Norfolk will provide voter photo identification cards:
- Wednesday, October 1 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Norview Community Center, 6380 Sewells Point Road
- Friday, October 3 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Southside Aquatics Center, 1750 Campostella Road
- Friday, October 10 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, 111 W. Ocean View Avenue
You can also request a voter photo ID from your local registrar’s office and the Norfolk Office of Elections (in City Hall).
Acceptable forms of voter photo ID include the following: a valid Virginia Driver’s License or DMV-issued photo identification card, valid United States Passport, valid employee photo identification card, other government-issued photo identification card, or a valid college or university student photo identification from an institution of higher learning located in Virginia.
