VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A local recreation center employee has been arrested in relation to a hidden camera found at the facility last month.
An employee of Great Neck Recreation Center on Shorehaven Drive noticed a suspicious looking electrical socket in an employee locker room, and discovered a hidden camera, according to James Cason with Virginia Beach Police.
A Police investigation began, including a thorough search of all city recreation centers. Cason said no other recording devices were found. A suspect was developed and was arrested Monday.
Matthew James Ludwick, 31, of Virginia Beach was charged with felony attempt to create unlawful image of a minor and misdemeanor attempt to create unlawful image of another.
