PORTSMOUTH, Va (WAVY) – Chef Scott Simpson from Swan Terrace at Founders Inn and Spa joined us in The Hampton Roads Show kitchen Friday. They’re hosting the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction in October.
Chef Simpson joined us Friday with a sneak preview of the event, making a couple of the delicious dishes you can expect to see: Maple Cherry Duck Breast and Summer Peach & Local Goat Cheese Crumble.
