New Wal-Mart brings 95 jobs to Va. Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A new Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is about to open in Virginia Beach, and the company needs about 95 new workers.

If you’re interested in a job there, just head to the company’s temporary hiring center at 1421 Kempsville Road in Chesapeake during normal business hours. You can fill out and turn in an application there or apply online at this link:

Wal-mart said it is looking for part-time and full-time positions. They also encourage military veterans to apply — if you’re an interested veteran, click here for more info.

The store is slated to open sometime this fall and most workers will start at their new job next month.
