Deputies investigate damage to college’s electronic sign

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is investigation what happened to a college’s electronic announcement board over the weekend.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Rappahannock Community College’s board, located along Lewis B. Puller Highway, was shot several times between Aug. 9 and Aug. 11. The sign no longer works properly, and estimated repairs or replacements cost $6,500.
