Two people, identified as 24-year-old Arthur Demerill Santiful and 24-year-old Tyrell Jevon Bondhill, were arrested on July 17 and accused of stealing from vehicles in the Northern Suffolk area, according to Diana Klink with the city of Suffolk. The suspects were charged in connection to similar offenses in other Hampton Roads cities on the same day.
