TSA offers award in security line challenge

TSA airport security generic

A government agency wants your help. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is hoping someone can come up with a way to shorten security lines at the airport.

Whoever can solve the problem will get a $15,000 award. Keep in mind, you need to work around peak hours, flight schedules and staffing levels.

The Next Generation Checkpoint design should include, but is not limited to the following queue lanes:

  • TSA Pre✓™
  • Standard
  • Premier Passengers (1st class, business class, frequent fliers, etc.)
  • Employee and Flight Crews
  • PWD (wheelchair access)

Put on your thinking cap now; the deadline is August 15.
