Two families displaced after Norfolk fire

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Two families in Norfolk were displaced after their home caught fire Monday.

The fire happened in the 200 block of West 28th Street, according to Jonathan McNamara with the American Red Cross.

McNamara said an American Red Cross Disaster Relief Team is assisting the four adults and four children who were displaced. They will work with the families to support their immediate needs and determine if they need more help.
