NSU picked 6th, HU 7th in MEAC predictions

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk State’s Lynden Trail was named the MEAC preseason defensive player of the year during today’s conference luncheon on downtown Norfolk. Defensive back Darrin Marrow joins Trail on the MEAC’s first-team.

Hampton linebacker Miles Grooms was named first-team all-defense, too. Place kicker Anthony Prevost earned first-team honors as well.

Below is the predicted order of finish of the teams eligible for post season play.
