Two arrested for credit card theft in York County

YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Deputies arrested a man and woman they say used a stolen credit card at a Wal-Mart in York County July 2, 2014.

York-Poquoson Sheriff’s deputies say 25-year-old Robert Hurst and Delainy Emanuel used the stolen credit card to purchase a Sony PS3 system from the Tabb Wal-Mart in York County.

Hurst was charged with two counts of credit card theft, credit cart fraud and petit larceny. Emanuel was charged with conspiracy to commit credit card fraud for the same incident at Wal-Mart.
