Teen faces additional charges in indecent liberties case

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – A 19-year-old Suffolk man accused of offering a boy ice cream to inappropriately touch him is now facing additional charges.

Michael Bailey, 19, was arrested after two boys reported they were touched in the 300 block of Hilltop Drive in May. Officers told WAVY.com shortly after the incident the investigation produced a third victim and additional charges were forthcoming.

Bailey was originally charged with aggravated sexual battery in the case. He is now facing additional charges of two counts abduction by force, intimidation or deception; aggravated sexual battery victim under 13; indecent liberties with a child under 15 and contributing the delinquency of a minor.
