Virginia Beach police seek purse thieves

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Police need help identifying the people who stole two purses.

The first purse was swiped from a car parked at the Kroger store on Shore Drive on Wednesday, June 18 around 1:30 p.m. Police say someone was in the vehicle when the suspects grabbed the purse.

They also tell WAVY.com the suspects took an elderly woman’s purse from her cart inside the grocery store after distracting her.

The suspects used the victims’ credit cards at stores in Norfolk. According to police, they may be driving a silver late model Nissan Armada.
