Man asks for change, robs VB 7-Eleven

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Beach Police are looking for a man who robbed a 7-Eleven early Tuesday morning.

MPO Tonya Borman with the Virginia Beach Police Department told WAVY.com it happened around 2:30 a.m. at the store located at 3011 Silina Dr. The suspect entered the store, asked for change and then demanded money while implying a weapon.

The suspect was able to flee the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He’s described as a black male in his 30s standing 5’7” and weighing 200 pounds. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and black pants and had light facial hair.
