Police investigate two cases of indecent exposure

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth Police are investigating two instances of indecent exposure at a business involving two separate suspects.

Det. Misty Holley with the Portsmouth Police Department told WAVY.com the first incident occurred at a business in the 5700 block of Churchland Boulevard April 13. The suspect reportedly exposed himself by dropping his pants and flashing the victims.

He was described as a black male standing 5’8” and between the ages of 20 and 30.

The second incident happened Monday night. The victims told police they were closing the business when a white male was seen with his pants down in front of the window. When one victim returned with a coworker, he dropped his pants again and flashed them.

The second suspect was described as standing 5’5” to 5’8” with brown hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black sandals and khaki shorts.
