NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police say four vehicles were involved in a crash at a busy Norfolk intersection Tuesday afternoon.
The crash happened at Tidewater Drive and Princess Anne Road around 2 p.m. According to Officer Daniel Hudson, a pick-up truck driver was traveling north on Tidewater Drive and failed to yield to a car traveling south while turning left onto Princess Anne Road. The truck hit the car and two other vehicles sitting at a red light.
Police say one person went to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, and paramedics treated others at the scene.
The truck driver was charged with failure to yield.
