Armed man robs VB 7-Eleven

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Virginia Beach Police are looking for a man who robbed a 7-Eleven early Thursday morning.

MPO Tonya Borman with the Virginia Beach Police Department told WAVY.com the 7-Eleven located at 3860 Shore Dr. was robbed by an armed suspect around midnight.

The suspect threatened the clerk and demanded money from the cash register. When the clerk dumped the money on the counter, the suspect grabbed it and ran out.

He’s described as a white male in his late 20s with a silver handgun and had a black scarf over his face. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

He was last seen running eastbound on Woodlawn Avenue.
