Cilantro Steamed Cod


PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Chef Bob Patton from Old Dominion University Monarch Dining Services stopped by The Hampton Roads Show Wednesday to show us that campus dining is a lot tastier than you think! He made Cilantro Steamed Cod with Curried Lentils and Sauteed Mustard Greens with Apples & Pecans.

2nd Annual Fried Chicken Throw-Down

  • Rogers Cafe, Cafe 1201, Legends and new contenders.
  • Friday, April 25 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Webb Catering & Ted Catering compete for the title of Best Fried Chicken in the 2nd Annual Fried Chicken Throw-Down. Students choose the winner.  First 30 students to the judge’s table get to participate in a blind taste test from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. to cast their vote. Everyone can text their vote that night.
