Woman charged in Williamsburg burglary

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) – A 23-year-old woman is facing charges in two jurisdictions for separate crimes.

Maj. Greg Riley with the Williamsburg Police Department told WAVY.com Keisha Joidae Johnson of Newport News has been charged with burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary in connection to a burglary in the 100 block of Brewhouse Avenue March 28.

Johnson was arrested Monday in Newport News after an investigation led officers and deputies in York County to her location. She was detained, questioned and charged in both jurisdictions. It is unknown at this time what charges she is facing in York County.
