NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that injured a pedestrian Monday morning.
Officer Daniel Hudson with the Norfolk Police Department told WAVY.com the crash occurred around 6:40 a.m. in the 900 block of West Ocean View Avenue. Upon arrival, emergency crews found a man suffering from what appears to be at this time non-life threatening injuries.
The pedestrian was transported to DePaul Hospital for treatment and his condition is unknown at this time.
Hudson said the vehicle that struck the pedestrian did not remain on scene. There is no description of that vehicle at this time.
