Four transported after crash on Princess Anne

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Four people were transported to area hospitals after a two-vehicle crash in Norfolk Wednesday afternoon.

Norfolk Fire-Rescue crews responded to the crash in the 2500 Block of East Princess Anne Road around 2:40 p.m., according to Battalion Chief Julian Williamson.norfolk crash 2

The vehicles were heavily damaged from the collision, and four occupants were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Williamson said Norfolk Police officers had to temporarily close the eastbound lanes of Princess Anne Road near the crash while the scene was investigated and cleared.
