One injured in head-on collision

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – School officials in Suffolk say a student was suspended after threatening another student with a razor blade last week.

Tim Kelley with the City of Suffolk told WAVY.com a 10-year-old student was found with the blade at Booker T. Washington Elementary School on Walnut Street Friday. The student said the blade was from a handheld pencil sharpener.
