Hampton Police investigate vehicle break-ins

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – Hampton Police say nearly 10 vehicles were broken into in the Northampton section of the city last month.

The thefts occurred sometime before the early morning hours of March 3. Officers found an unknown suspect(s) broke into nine vehicles by using an object to break a side or rear window.

Once they were able to get inside, the suspect(s) stole electronics and other objects before fleeing the area.
