PASQUOTANK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) – Deputies say a man was stabbed in the back during an argument Sunday morning.
According to the Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a home in the 900 block of Old Foreman Bundy Road in the Elizabeth City section of the county around 11 a.m. for a report of a stabbing. There, they found a man with a one inch cut to his lower back.
The victim told deputies Romaine Perry, 33, stabbed him during an argument. Perry was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
