According to the Health Department, the dogs were being walked on a leash on March 20 around 5 p.m. The owner was described as a six-foot-tall man with gray hair, wearing a baseball hat. The dogs were described as red doberman pinschers.

The Health Department said the victim may have to undergo rabies shots if the dogs aren’t located.
