Suspect in Pa. murder captured in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A man wanted in Pennsylvania for homicide charges was captured in Norfolk by U.S. Marshals.

Investigators say Damian Banks and Derrick Johnson were involved in the shooting-death of Trevahn Kent on February 17, 2013 outside the Temptations bar in York city, Pa.

After an exhaustive search, U.S. Marshals in Pennsylvania and deputies in Norfolk were able to locate Banks and capture him after a short foot pursuit.

No further information has been released.
