Deputies look for road rage suspect

YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – Deputies need help finding a person involved in a road rage incident Saturday.

Lt. Dennis Ivey with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office said the incident started in the area of Route 60 and Bypass Road in the City of Williamsburg. Two people somehow got into a physical altercation in the area of James York Plaza.

Deputies did not say what happened, but are calling the incident a case of ‘road rage.’

Ivey said deputies found a victim at a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Further information was not released.

The suspect is described as being 5’6” to 5’7” and about 160 pounds. The vehicle was described as an SUV with Virginia tags and a roof rack.
