Crews battle house fire in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Fire crews in Chesapeake battled a house fire in the South Norfolk section of the city Sunday morning.

Firefighters were called to the 1300 block of Hull Street just before 11 a.m., and found a two-story home on fire. Crews knocked down the fire in about 20 minutes and it was extinguished by 11:35 a.m.

No injuries were reported, according to a fire department spokesman.
